DR-007 “The Mocking Bird” TALKING BOOK CORPORATION, a child’s phonograph record and story. The Mockingbird was made by “The Talking Book Corporation”, New York and Talking Book Co., Ltd., Toronto, Canada, Copyright 1918. The record is 4″ across and is attached to the story card. There is a crack in the record, as shown in a photo at right. There are no bends to the mockingbird card. The entire card is strong. There is minor wear to edges, and the colors remain bright. Measures 9 3/4″ high by 6″ at widest part. This is a rare and beautiful example for display and demonstration.
