M-400  RCA Victor Wind-up Clock.  Super Nice!  Standing size: 5¼” wide, 3¾” tall. Rotating second time hand.  Requires time setting and frequent winding.  Keeps good time. Not new, nor is it antique. Excellent “RCA VICTOR” collectible.  Made in Germany.
