N-104 Edison RECORDER STYLUS on diaphragm. The photo shows the Edison RECORDER STYLUS in a stylus bar on a mica diaphragm. Behind it also is shown a black gasket. The stylus is complete, no noticeable chips. This assembly probably fell out of a recorder head due to improper installation. As a do-it-yourselfer, you would need to clean the diaphragm (or maybe replace it). Also maybe replace the gasket. If you have a recorder head without the cutting stylus, here’s your chance to do some restoring and experimenting with home recording on blank brown wax cylinder records.
