N-112 Bennett “Air-Cushioned” phonograph needle. These original never used needles were an innovation in the early 1920s, claiming they were “Easier on your Records” and “THOUSANDS of Perfect Plays”. The needles show some rusting on the needle stem but are clean in the point part. Each needle point has been inspected to be in perfect new condition. They are for playing standard (lateral-cut) 78s. THE SOUND PRODUCED WITH THESE NEEDLES IS FANTASTIC! Each needle has been repacked in a plastic bag as shown in the photo. The needle is inserted in the pick-up and tightened against the (SHINY) flat side of the needle stem, and then you leave it there for more plays. For best results, the needle should not be turned after any number of plays. VERY LIMITED SUPPLY. Cost is for one needle.
