P-248 Victrola No.2 Rubber Back Flange (insulator), with metal core and guide pin. NEW. (Reproducer is NOT included.)

To install (you have only one opportunity to do this correctly):  Clean out the insulator “hole”; loosen one or both set screws so that the insulator will slide into the “hole” freely and not be hampered by the set screw(s); the guide pin must be to the outside (away from the inside) and lined up with the set screw that’s away from the needle bar thumb screw; when correctly fitted – place the reproducer’s back on a firm flat surface and push the reproducer downward forcing the insulator to slide into the “hole” as far as it can go.  Then tighten the set screw(s) to hold the insulator firmly in the “hole”.
